Sale, supply and payment
Sale is with immediate supply, as long as it's in stock. In case something needs ordering, it normally takes 3 to 7 working days (as long as it's in stock at Head Office).
All prices are in Euro's and are including VAT. At the ScoutShop Rotterdam, payment is only possible by cash or (Dutch) debit card.
When something needs to be ordered in, payment is required before the order can be placed. When your order has arrived at the Shop, it will be held back for you for 14 days. After that time, it will be put with our normal stock, or send back to Head Office.
Typing errors and/or price changes reserved.
Not happy = money back
New, un-used items can be returned / exchanged, as long as they come in the original packaging, within 14 days of purchase with the correct receipt.
'Op=Op' offers are exempt from this.
Items which are broken/defect, can be returned with the original purchase order. Head Office will make the decision what the outcome will be; replacement, money back, or nothing.
We request that you provide us with the following details:
a. Name and address
b. Phone number and/or email address
c. A clear description of the complaint, with clear facts and circumstances.
One management member will response to your complaint within 10 working days and try, with you, to come to a satisfied solution for both sides.
Your personal Scout card
Your Scout card is worth money! With your own Scout card you can profit from special offers. Please ask a volunteer about this.
For items that are not mentioned in these conditions, the delivery conditions of the ScoutShop of Scouting Nederland apply.
